Leonard Alexandru

Leo Alexandru brings over 17 years of experience at the intersection of technology, leadership, and digital transformation. He began his career in software engineering and automation, leading international teams across telecom and automotive. He currently serves as Head of Tax Technology & Innovation at Deloitte Romania, where he defines technology strategy, leads regional AI and automation initiatives, and drives the digital transformation of Tax & Legal operations across Central Europe.

An EMBA graduate, Leo is an active educator and course designer focused on making digital transformation and AI strategy accessible and actionable for non-technical leaders. He has designed several courses and is currently an undergrad Lecturer and also writing weekly the “Antifragile Intelligence”, a newsletter with over 150 editions.

Leo teaches from the conviction that the biggest barrier to AI adoption is not technical but strategic clarity. His approach is direct, evidence-based, and grounded in what actually works inside organizations: tested frameworks, real implementation challenges, and the judgment to know when to automate and when not to.
